Is there a membership fee?: There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
How often do you have flights?: We have flights from the U.S. 3x to 4x per week.
How often you have sea freight?: We have freight by sea twice per month
When do customs fees apply?: Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
What are restricted items?: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
I need help purchasing something online: We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
Can I contact you before shipping?: Yes. You Can use the GET IN TOUCH Section and i will respond to you as quick as possible.
Do you offer personal packing of Barrels and E & D Containers?: Yes we do. You can leave a message and we will give you all the info that is necessary.
If im using your personal packing service, is it a case where ill have to go and collect it on my own?: No We do offer Door to Door Delivery.
